One pan garlic and dill salmon

Feeling healthy but still crave a hearty meal? This salmon dish is the perfect fix to add a ton of nutrients to your diet while satisfying your cravings. Serve this at a gathering for rounds of applause!

  • 1 whole sockeye salmon fillet

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 3 teaspoons garlic minced

  • ¼ fresh oregano chopped

  • 1 lemon seeded and thinly sliced

  • ½ cup fresh dill chopped

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. On a large baking sheet lined with foil, brush the salmon with olive oil liberally and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Evenly spread the garlic around the salmon and lay the herbs over the top.

  4. Place the lemon slices around the salmon and roast for 12-14 minutes, or longer if more well-done salmon is preferred.
